About P S Restaurant

P.S. Restaurant opened in 1984 by Thai Chef Preecha Songprastit. His vision was a comfortable atmosphere with amazing food. Preecha created the basis for our French, Thai fusion menu. In 1990 Rick and Sylvana purchased P.S. and through the past 25 years they have created an atmosphere of fine dining in casual elegance. After expanding in 1995 with the addition of our beautiful lounge, P.S. continued to grow adding our catering venue in 2006. Our wine list has been enhanced from Preecha's ten wines to over 400 selections. In 1994 P.S. was the first restaurant in the area to earn the prestigious Wine Spectator award of excellence and continued to receive the award year after year.

To start with I would like to thank our waiter Alex, for his attentive service. It was a party of 8, so thank you again Alex. Now let's get to the food. The appetizers of Chicken Satay, Burrata with orange slices and the PS wrapped shrimp all were amazing. The Chicken Satay had a nice tasting sauce. The main courses were: Thai Roast duck, Scallops with black Risotto, Seasonal chicken and Salmon. The duck was amazing with a nice crispy skin. Mine was the duck, the others said their dishes were just as good. For dessert we had New Orleans bread pudding, which had a wonderful taste. Creme Brulee, chocolate torte and peanut butter pie. All the desserts were amazing. They have few other items I would like to try, so I will definitely be making a return visit . I would definitely give them try for some amazing food and desserts.

What an amazing restaurant! Decided to try this place for Restaurant Week. And this has to be the best restaurant, hands down! 1st course, I decided to spend extra and get the Seafood Saint Jacques and OMG. I was blown away by the flavor, so creamy and cheesy! I could have ate this as the main entrΓ©e. 2nd course was the Thai Shrimp Yellow Sour Curry. I was a little afraid with the word sour in it but I did not find it sour at all. Was warned of the spice before ordering and it's definitely spicy but not to the point that not enjoyable or manageable with a few sips of water. 3rd course was Creme Brulee, one of my favorite dishes. And they excuted it perfectly. Nice crisp top layer, creamy inside. Also enjoyed their blackberry drink from the bar, ordered it non-alcoholic and it was amazing!

Presentation was great, but the taste was subpar. The salmon and pork chop were overcooked. The old fashioned had a marschino cherry not a luxardo minor, but in an upscale restaurant, we expected it. Staff was very nice and the atmosphere was lovely.

Exceptional. The dishes were delightful. The duck was tender, crispy skin, the sauce was sweet with enough heat to know it’s a curry. The scallops were great but the black risotto stole the show. The homemade chocolate raspberry torte was dark, rich, nutty, sweet, so good.

Found this gem scrolling through Google. The shrimp and scallop apps were perfectly prepares. Silvana was such a great host, making sure we were well taken care of. For dinner had the filet, duck and salmon, all perfect and tasty. Love the Thai French fusion concept. Exactly what the area needs. Can't wait to return and try the whole menu. Cocktails also great, particularly Captain Daniels.
